Placing Your Order
Once we have confirmed your membership start date, we ask that you
mark the order window for your delivery day on your calendar to ensure
you get what you would like.
o If you receive deliveries on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesdays, the
order window is noon on Thursday through 5:00 P.M. ON Saturday
before your delivery.
o If you receive deliveries on Thursdays, the order window is noon on
Monday through 5:00 P.M. ON Tuesday before your delivery.
o If you receive deliveries on Fridays, the order window is noon on
Monday through 5:00 P.M. ON Wednesday before your delivery.
If you forget to place an order by the deadline, we will choose for you
based on your previous weeks' selections and what is available.
Payment
As a member of the Eating with the Seasons CSA, you have three
payment options: monthly, seasonally or annually. A 3% discount is
offered to those who opt to pay for the balance of the entire 2009 season
up front.
Payment Due Dates
- If paying for an initial 4-week trial, payment will be due on the first
day of the month of your trial.
- If paying on a monthly basis, payment is always due by the 5th of the
month.
- If paying on a Seasonal basis, payment will be due by the 5th of the
initial month of the season. – If paying for the balance of the Full 2009
Season, payment will be due before your initial delivery.
