HOW MEMBERSHIP WORKS
Our organic produce delivery is all about choice. You choose what size
membership you want, and you choose what we pack in your bag each
week. It's a little bit of work on your end (...mmm... strawberries or spinach,
or both?..) but you are assured of liking everything in your bag, because
you picked it!
On the other hand, if you prefer that we pack you a surprise box each
week, which some humbly refer to as "Christmas every week!," you may
opt for that as well.
Here is the breakdown of your membership from start to finish:
1) Follow this step by step system. In general, we are usually taking sign-ups one month in advance. So, for
example, if you sign up during the month of February, plan to start the first week of March. There is of course
flexibility to pick your start date if the first week of the new month does not work with your schedule.
2) Once you have selected your membership preferences and submitted your initial payment, you will receive an
email from us email confirming your start date, membership preferences, and further details on how our ordering
system and pickup site protocol works. If you do not receive this automated email, please contact
customerservice[at]eatwiththeseasons.com to have it re-sent.
3) Once you are ready to begin, mark your order window on your calendar, and plan to log in to your account and
select your preferences. Once we receive your order, an order confirmation email will be sent to you. You have the
option to log in again to modify your order up until the order deadline for your delivery day if you wish to make a

delivery, we will select produce for you based on your previous selections and what is available from the farms that
week. If you do not order because you are travelling and do not wish to receive produce, remember to let us know 7
days prior to the delivery date to ensure your order is cancelled so we can credit your account. If you notify us less
than 7 days from the delivery date, you can opt to donate your food
that week to our community pantry.
5) Once you've selected your choices for delivery, all you need to do
is remember to pick up your produce at your designated pick up
site! If you miss the pick up window, be sure to contact us to make
other arrangements with the host if you wish to pickup another
time. Most hosts are flexible, however because our hosts are
gracious enough to let us use their place as a drop site, we let
them pick the specific guidelines for what happens to any unclaimed
food after the pickup time frame expires. We recommend you
familiarize yourself with your specific sites rules to ensure you don't
miss out on your deliveries.
